Great for a group of work colleagues or have the the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This house is located in one of the best area's of Waterford, Ardkeen Village. Minutes walk from the Waterford University Hospital. It has bus route and also minutes walk to the Ardkeen shopping centre, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, KFC, Supermac and Homebase. Everything you need is at your doorstep. It is also exceptionally safe, quiet and zen.
You will have the whole property to yourself. The property has six bedrooms:
Bedroom A - one single bed - 1 pax
Bedroom B - one king size bed - 2 pax (ensuite)
Bedroom C - one single bed with pull out - 2 pax
Bedroom D - one king size bed - 2 pax
Bedroom E - one single bed - 1 pax
Bedroom F - one single bed - 1 pax
There is a kitchen with all that is needed for cooking. There is one upstairs bathroom with a shower/bath (in addition to the ensuite). There is one downstairs bathroom with a shower. The check-in/check-out involves picking up/dropping off the keys from an onsite lockbox so 24h access is not an issue.
